Ian has been a heating engineer for over 40 years and is a widely respected engineer throughout the North of England and beyond. Recently he was Head of Mechanical and Electrical Services for Stockport Council and before that was regional operations manager for the Warm Front Scheme and has held various senior management and consultancy roles in both the public and private sectors.
